We recently had the privilege to realize a project of photorealistic visuals for the renovation of a 20m² studio in Paris and the custom construction of an office space. This is an opportunity to explain how the architectural visualization service works.

1.      input data collection and project estimation

To make an accurate estimate of the project, we need to have as much information as possible about the work required. Here, the Parisian interior designer sent us photos of the existing spaces, sketches of the project and a very detailed moodboard.

After setting up the estimate and the delivery date, we executed the modeling of the spaces respecting all the details requested, based on the plans and moodboard:

The next step is to apply the textures and colors on the surfaces of the space. Then we look for the decorative elements requested by the architect and place them in the 3D architectural perspective.

4.      First version of the 3D architectural perspective

The most important part of the work is then done. We realize the rendering of the visual and after brief retouching of images, we submit it to the client.

The architect then proposes in detail the necessary modifications so that the architectural rendering faithfully represents her project.

5.      Delivery of the 3D architectural rendering
